Home wireless not working (on site) D-link wireless router settings had been unexpectedly reset. Needed to re-configure router to disable DHCP and act as wireless AP instead of trying to be a router. It was in conflict with existing gateway. - 09/05/11 | $90 | Sally W. @ West LA

iPod physically broken. Needs music and photos recovered iPod video 5th generation was physically broken, but client needed photos and music recovered the unit. Removed internal 1.8" IDE drive and connected to computer using appropriate ZIF adapter. Copied several thousand music files and photo database. Asus Netbook won't boot. Second laptop's LCD screen won't light up. EEEPC netbook has a bad hard drive. Replaced failing 1.8" HDD with new drive.
