I like your logo, can I use it or its likeness?
No. And we both know that wouldn't be very nice. You're welcome to use it to promote or criticize SimplyRepair though. If you do use it, just make sure it links back to my website and please, please... don't modify it and use it as your own.
Can I copy your content or design?
Content wise, that wouldn't be very nice either... But I don't think there's much of value here for most people. I'll allow you copy portions of my content, but please link back to my website as the source. As for the design, it's really really sloppy code. You probably don't want it anyway.
Some of the images used on my website were created by other people.
Those images include the navigation buttons and most of the icons used throughout the website. I really appreciate the effort that has been put forth to make them available and I have modified them for my own use. Because many of these images are licensed under GPL, you are welcome to download them and modify them as necessary. Here are the terms of the GPL license under which these images were distributed.
