Here's how it works...
1.) Schedule an appointment
2.) Pay minimum fee (diagnostic fee, typically)
3.) Your project is inspected and diagnosed
4.) You will be given an estimate for the total cost
5.) If you approve the estimate, I will complete your project
6.) If additional labor/parts are necessary, you will be contacted
6.) Pay the balance
7.) Your project is finished!

Contact me to schedule an appointment. Call me 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please leave a message if I am unable to answer. I do offer 24x7 service, including most holidays, when I am able.
You can drop off your system, schedule a pick-up/deliver or even setup an on-site service call. I'll be glad to make a suggestion based on your project's needs.
What to expect
Before I offer my services , I charge a minimum fee based on the type of work being done. (You can view minimum fees here) Once the fee is paid, I will diagnose your situation and give you a quote on how much the total repair will cost. If the quote sounds okay and you authorize the necessary work, the diagnostic fee you paid earlier is deducted from your total bill.
Payment
Payment methods: I currently accept cash, checks and offer 15-day billing. I will be accepting credit / debit cards in the near future. Checks require a valid picture ID, current phone number and address.
I always collect the minimum fee in advance. Exceptions are at my discretion. |
